Technical specification for data exchange
Technical specification for data Exchange with distribution system operator (hereafter referred to as “DSO”) includes a detailed description of the DSO electronic communication related to customer switching process and change of accounting grid. The document specifies communication related to billing and data provision and it describes the course and succession of processes concerning data exchange and data flows.
Duties and responsibilities of the market participants within the data exchange process and time schedule of data exchange is defined in the DSO operating instructions.
Documents constituting a technical specification describe the following in detail:
- structure and rules of providing of data defined in the operating instructions;
- data item formats;
- data file formats;
- rules of electronic communication by means of e-mail;
- protection, authentication and authorization by using the PKI technology and electronic signature.
The DSO accepts procedural requests under the Electronic Data Exchange (IDE) as defined in the Technical specification for data exchange at the designated official e-mail address vsds_ide@vsds.sk.
Other requests (IDE exluded) in non-electronic communication as defined in the Technical specification for data exchange should be sent directly to the DSO's e-mail address prevadzkovatel@vsds.sk.
